Hello, I have a problem with system assignation of emails to the "correct" entity.
Issue: I know, there is a problem with our system data quality (dublications), because there are tens of contacts or accounts with the same email address. The User and Portal User cases as well. This problem is not possible to solve due to some circumstances, so I need another solution.
Solution: In the system (Administration>Email Addresses), where are listed all the emails, it would be good to have the possibility to change the linked entity (parent), that will be always used for this email. In that case, when a new mail is received, the linked "entity" entry will be assigned each time, instead of "random" as it is now.
