Change a translation term in German language

Hi to the developers,

could you change one term in German translation/global/label:

label in english: Activities
is now in German: Aktivitäten
to new term: Aktionen

I propose this, because, the term Aktivitäten is also used for Stream in German translation. This way Aktivitäten appears two times and get the user a bit confused.
