Could you enable #EmailTemplate relationships creation. We created our own entity and would like to link mail sending to use some email template, but there are no way to do it.

No. You can enable it in metadata > scopes by setting customizable. We won't make EmailTemplate customizable as regular entities.If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
