Edit / Create custom module (7.*)

Sugestion: Add the ability to create and edit custom modules.

After resolving modules in a 'custom' folder, it would be fine.

Maybe like the picture

Excellent idea, it would allow customizations to be segmented by functionality making custom code troubleshooting a lot easier.

It will give us an extra headache in support (it's already too much). And the issue with relationship being placed in different modules.
