      I wouldn't like to have more buttons. 3 is too much and will confuse users. Records can be created by clicking Select and then Create.

      Maybe as a customizible option for a specific field but not for all fiealds.
      If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

          As alternative:

          1. Stick query string to top
          2. Move "create" button to top right corner
