Layout creation tool

Hello, is there anyone who can explain how in simple way to create a "not typical" layout in simple way for regular admins? Some kind of drag and drop feature like regular "Layout manager" do. I need to create something like e-shop products layout and selection for users, not a regular list selector.

Now, If I understand correctly from developer, there are very complicated way to create custom layout to work well.

I think, this one is the fastest and easiest way to tweak the layout in espoCRM. It is based on Bootstrap.
