Simplify emails

I don't know what's the difference between Incoming mail and Email Accounts?
There's to many places to config mails (Preferences, Email Accounts, Incoming Mail).
Please simplify this to edit ALL mail informations in ONE place.

I will also add something like default mail settings:
if we have many mail accounts on one server only address and password are different - else like host, ports etc are the same.

Email Accounts are personal user's accounts. Inbound Emails are company's email boxes like support@, info@

Is there any option to add full email account data to preferences?
Now we how only outgoing preferences.

It will be good to have all mail settings in one place instead of part in preferences, part in email accounts and part in inbound mails!

Also will be great to have in settings "default mail server setting" - server, host etc are mostly the same - only email adress and password are different.
