Two way verification on one (special) view, inside eCRM

Is their a way to give on a special view (for example custom related technical information) to make a two way verification solution ?

Standard the eCRM application is active on a secure server ( SSL , HTTPS etc. with certificate on website ..)
But to give it a hard try for 'unwanted viewers' I will have an extra security with a two way authentication.
The server is hosted at own office, and we can handle the source code ..

I'am thinking about an SMS of extra email message that will generate a code .. what the user must fill in to go further to the extra secured page.
The email addres or mobile number is connected to the login name ..

Is this hard to fix ?

I don't think that it's very difficult to customize.
