Add a Drag & Drop area to Document List view

Ideal would be to make the whole window sensitive to file drag & drop, and when that is sensed, that the New Document panel opens, with the link to that file pre-populated for categorising and saving.

In the case of drag & drop of multiple files, perhaps it should offer to select the Category Folder and then create records for all of those files with that same Folder relationship.

Too bad Batch Upload (multiple files) got decline though.

Batch/multi-upload is my exact need now - but this is a good move in the right direction. Will see if we can help once we see how this works.
