Eg: "Save" and "Save & New" as a dropdown button option.

Question, what does "Close" do? Does it go back to Listview? Or it close "Sidepanel (mini details) Popup"?

I wouldn't use " & Close", that was just examples I grabbed from search engine images for the button styling.

Save & New action on the create view · Issue #2000 · espocrm/espocrm

https://github.com/espocrm/espocrm/issues/2000

Creates a record and refreshes the page to be able to create a new record w/o needing to navigate back to the create view.
