Display status of calls and meetings in history log

Hello,

I don't think this is currently possible (please correct me if wrong) but it would be really useful to be able to see the status (held/not held/etc) in the history panel for each account without having to view each call/meeting separately. We have a lot of accounts to get through and it would help my company massively. I've included a mock up of what I mean.

Not sure why it's not there. I believe we had the status displayed there before. I will take a look.

I'm thinking maybe it would be better to strikethrough the subject text for not held events, to make UI less clattered with additional text. We use strikethrough in the calendar already.

Don't like this idea to be honest. I can't "Ctrl+F" strike through but can search for "Held" or "Not Held".

A commit have made it strike through, based on my thinking this is bad but will have to see how it is once it is in stable release.
