Personal List Layout

Hi all,
it will be nice to have the option for the end user to customize the list layout of an entity by adding or removing lists columns, changing columns positions and save it as a user preference.
With this option every user can decide which layout works best for him.

I would like to see that, too. And the possibility to save different layouts.
