Restrictions on search filters

Every entity list has a search filter option.

We need to restrict the filter option based on the user/user role.

Example:
- Source field under the lead and under the search filter of the lead entity.
- Only specific users/team should be able to use it to filter the lead entity.

Note that field level security currently restricts access to filters.
