transifex.com - share the translation work

I'm using CiviCRM. With https://www.transifex.com/civicrm/civicrm/ the translation work is shared, and can be discussed.

Could it be a future for EspoCRM? Translating is such a hassle at the moment.
It is not possible to use a Search form through fields nor labels.
The same terms have to be translated several times without understanding of the context of a sentence nor the menu/layout we are working on.

Last, if I upgrade the system, will ALL my translation work be saved or overwritten?
