Query for save the changes

Hello,

it is possible to implement a query whether a change is saved when it was made on the Update function?
If I, for example, add a description and click somewhere else my inputs are gone. A query if changes should be saved would be good here.

Going to make it in future. On the other hand popups showing up often annoy users.

Maybe you can make this function can be switched off.
Should be the optimal solution for both types of users
