    [Enhance] Email reply from received email

    Version 6.0.9

    Issue: Email "From" is chosen from the highest default email.

    Reproduce:
    1. Have multiple email on the account, in this example let say Person1 we have Email1, Email2
    2. Have external Person2, send one email to Email1 and one email to Email2
    3. When Person1 click "Reply" the Email1, the "From" field will always selected as Email1
    3a. When Person1 click "Reply" the Email2, the "From" field will always selected as Email1

    Proposed solution: The email that get selected "From" should be the email was it was send to instead of the default first email.

    Just notice I send from the wrong email so this issue return.

    A bump to this feature request with my finger crossed.

      It works for addresses of personal email accounts with SMTP configured. As of a few versions back. Just tested.

      It does not work for group email accounts by design.
      If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

        We got a share Group Email. Does that mean if we make it both for Group and "Personal" it will work as a workaround?

        User case: We share some group email as a single "email@email.com", instead of having 5 personal email it all under an "General" email that anyone can use and reply to. 5 is a low numbers, I'm sure some user here have hundreds of user. That lots of John.Smith1@email.com to manage.
