Editable List View

It would be super handy for List Views to have their visible fields editable.

Perhaps with an Edit icon added to the left of the List/Kanban icons.

With that in mind, it might also make sense to show just that List icon, even when there isn't a Kanban view available, as it would be a switch back from editable to read-only.

Magic - thank you! I'll ask out dev team to take a look and see if we can make it good enough for a Pull/Merge Request into core.
