If user A sends an email, the email is automatically linked to the user's default group, so X.
User B cannot open the mail because he is not part of X.
So it should be possible to choose the group when sending the mail.
At the moment we have to find the mail in the sent items to change the group each time, so if you could add the group field to the mail sending mask it would solve this problem.
