Enhance MassEmail Service

Now I can create entity with 'person' type, but I can't use this created entity in MassEmails. MassEmail, TargetList, Campaign and "populate from report" has hard restriction in code for accounts, contacts, leads and users.
Enhance: change restriction to config settings.
