It would be nice to have a possibility in CRM to have an Action section in Call section. After a call usually there are some kind of agreements of next action come. At least, it would be nice, to have a "Follow up" e-mail creation and sending from the same window functionality.
If we do a concept of call it could appear in stream as well as calls resume.
