Sending mails from cases to predefined mailling lists

Hey there,

I would like to be able to send mails from any case to each member of a team. Is there a way to set up an mailing list so that I don't need to add each team member by hand.

This should be in General for discussion I believe. Else you won't get much response in this section.

I remember there was a "Email to Case" conversion, but not sure if there is a Case to Email system, I believe there is but unfortunately it is not a feature that I use or is familiar with. I tried to find where the setting is but can't locate at the moment.

Hi,

As a workaround you can use a specific email address that will re-send emails to other mailboxes. This must be configured on your mail server.
