[Enhancement] Compose or Reply Email Attachment Button Location

Can we either have an option to move the Email attachment button location to be on top? or perhaps on button but it is Sticky/Static?

Please see screenshot when it button an issue with longer email.

Possibly solution:

1) Attachment button on top. (I think some user like it on button from another thread I posted).
2) Attachment button is sticky (always shown). Like "sticky header"

There's an additional attachment button on the sticky header. So no need to scroll down.

Never noticed that. Will start using that. Can we also get a "Document" button in there?
