We need to customize the email form, for example the goal is to make team selection mandatory in order to send an email to a customer who is part of different teams.
For example team A is IT
Team B is billing and accounting.
In our confidentiality rules we want team A not to see the emails sent by team B to the same client (and vice versa).
Some members are part of team A and team B at the same time, for those it should be possible to be able to choose which team is linked to the email they send the moment they send it.
Do you plan to implement the possibility of customizing the layout of e-mail in the Layout manager as you did for all the other forms?
