With Desktop software (and even webmail) when you mention the word, "attach" or "attachment", if you try click Send and if there is no attachment you are reminded, "Did you forget to attach?" just in case you did.
Now that I'm using EspoCRM, I stopped (tried to at least) using Desktop email. Recently I just send out an email, with the phrase, "Please find attached" and send it off. Then I realize I forgotten to attach the document (it doesn't help that the button is all the way on the bottom).
