Good day,

could someone help me to solve issue on email composition using templates?

Is it possible to use few templates in one email answer?
We are working with CRM case module to contacting our clients solving their questions on our product.
Usually questions repeats, so it would be easier to compose answer to particular client questions by adding some prepared templates in one email.

It would be nice to have such possibility.

Not from what I seen, Email Templates seem to strictly be very static during creation and usage.

You cannot even merge/insert new field after using the Template. This is a glaring weakness of EspoCRM which I'm not quite sure when it will be changed.

For the time being you will need to create a new work-a-round method or creating a series of template for all sort of situation. There is <if> statement and coding or that but it rather quite complex and it just doesn't seem to be user friendly.

Right now I'm even using it for merging detail then just copy and paste it to my Word documents to be save, print and export to PDF.
