No assigned user on Inbound email accounts

    No assigned user on Inbound email accounts

    I am wondering why I cant view the emails from the no assigned user but there is a team.

    After checking, it falls to System username which is not easily viewable using search engine. I hope there is ALL option on search field to show all emails from the system.

    Also, I would like to know how to not assigned user on inbound email account but there is a team assigned. So, All staffs within the team can check and send emails.

    You can find those emails if you select All filter in Email list view.
