Make TargetList an independent or editable entity

I am using Targetlist for event registration and think it might be a good idea to make it an editable or independent entity so that its views and fields can be customized.

My way of "registration" is quite simple: by linking existing contacts/leads to a targetlist. It is not about open registration from outside.

Thank you. Misread and misunderstood. Still, I'm curious as to how it function, perhaps if it a function that I would like to add to my own CRM. Any screenshot or guide would be appreciated.
