We need such explanation how to realise these busieness needs:
1. to have a group inbox like info@xxx... there few people can work on it and see what was done with it. Now each person see it as separate mailboxes and can't manage the flow of mail together.
2. How to see in inbox is the mail replayed by someone or not. Some kind of history would be helpful.
3. "Archive" mails from Inbox, to "all mail" folder functionality which move mail for all users.
Some working with mail functionalities and best practices video are welcome.
