  • 'Case' change 'modified at' when an email is sent or received

    Then you can sort the cases on date/time in the list view.
    (I will try to get this done with 'advanced pack' today, probably that is a work around)

    Sorry, but no. It's not supposed to change modified at. I recommend to create another field for tracking.

      Hi Yuri, Maybe I do not understand or I was not precise enough (sorry), but what I mean is as follows: Would it be possible to also change the 'modified at' of a case when a new email is sent or a new email has arrived... In my opinion a newly received or sent email in a case does also mean that the case is 'modified'...As a case mostly is handled by/with emails. Could be handy for different reports/workflows/sorting.

        No. Modified At field is not intended for this.
