JWT Token Login

I am working to create a SSO option for my Espo instance and I was wondering where the authentication function was located. If I could make my JWT Token trigger the already built-in auth flow then that would be great. For security purposes this JWT Token would be expired immediately after the login succeeds. Any help you can offer would be great!
