Knowledge Base Article, Links To Other Articles And Table of Contents Generation

Something which I feel would be a great addition to the Knowledge Base is the ability to add links (relative) to other articles via simple selection process, rather than by hard-coding the URL.

Also, continuing on from this, it would be great if there was the ability to display a table of contents or a list of <a> anchors within the article for quick navigation.

Consider something like the GitLab Handbook:
