I have one of the tasks is to make an interface that would allow specialists to change the field "Status" for example: from "Active" to "Not active" how to transfer a record from one section to another - this is very convenient for those people who, for objective reasons, can not use the filter system (for example, the age of my employees starts from 50 years and there are serious difficulties with the adaptation of these people).
