Custom Field Manager Dynamic Logic - Filter Records

I think a nice feature to have would be a filter addition to the "Dynamic Logic" panel in the "Field Manager" which allows the filtering of selectable records.

This may not be very well explained but consider the following example:

The Type field for Accounts has the following options: Supplier, Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Distributor, Customer.

In this example, as part of the Sales Pack, it would be nice to alter the Sales Order entity so that the Account field has dynamic logic which states that only Accounts with a filter of "Type == Customer" are shown for selection.
