Other view in the list for diffrent users?

Hi I have a question about new feature.

We have the list for example leads (main view) and is possible setup different view for specific users or teams ? For example:
For user 1 I would like set ID, name, phone
For user 2 I would set ID, name and email addresses.
I mean custom view in columns.
