Conditional Start Event "After record deleted"

We need this for example if our field sales delete a "Contact" that not exists anymore we want to send a mail to our data maintance so the contact could be deleted in our ERP system.
Same for "Accounts".

Or make the deleted fields available like created and modified, and enable trigger "After record saved" for the records with deleted flag too.
