Add 'invalid' and 'opted-out' fields to PhoneNumber, like EmailAddress

I would like to suggest this, because oftentimes I have phone numbers that are invalid or actively refuse calls. Could you make it work like email addresses so that a number can be set as invalid and striked out everywhere is used?
