New Activity types for: SMS, LinkedIn Messenger, WhatsApp etc.

Hi I communicate with customers & prospects using a variety of different methods (see subject).

Currently I copy / paste these to the stream along with comments around where they were so I can find them again.

It would be great to have another Activity type of say "Message" which I can use to record these. When defining a message there should be an Enum field where I can specify the medium used (SMS, WhatsApp etc. etc.).
