When checking if contacts exist and adding them you inevitably copy the contact from an email from / to / cc field and receive it in this format.
'First Last' <First.last@company.co.uk>
The process is you paste it into the search, remove everything but "First Last", discover it does not exist, click add contact, then have to split it down into 3 parts. Could this be automated to allow you to search based on tying this into the search and if the contact isn't found a create contact button parses it out and pre fills as much of the form as possible?
