Calendar: 5.4.x version -> show if user is "unavailable" on a timeframe ?

Hi there

If a user has some Meetings (private), only visible by him and not by the team,
it could be great to display for "shared calendar" view, that he's busy and not available for other meetings on the same time range.

Currently, because of this issue:

I have a "manager" that has to create
1/ One meeting for his personal/private stuff (only visible by him)
2/ Create a "fake" meeting with "Team visibility" to display that he's busy

Could we find a better way to do that?
