This is a simple request to accomplish. We found that it would be good to have a "reply-to" address in the Personal Email Accounts definition. The reason we need this is when a client sends an email to a group account the group account create a case and registers the email for the team. Any team member may pick up the email and reply. When the client replies this email from the member again, this time it goes only to the sender and not the team. Matters become worse when the sender is on leave and no one attends to the client's reply. By having the "reply-to" email address, we can configure and ensure that such replies from the client are always directed to the Group Email Account instead. This is to maintain transparency within the company.
