I am in the process of implementing EspoCRM in our company (~ 50 CRM users). He received a favorable opinion. Most of the comments, however, are reported regarding the built-in email client.
Are you planning to expand your e-mail client?
There are a few basic functions missing in the current one, such as:
- the ability to transfer messages between folders by the drop-down method
- changing the view (displaying the message after marking it on 1/3 of the screen)
- making subfolders of messages
- the possibility of adding more message labels
- the possibility of lacing an attachment from one message to another by drop-down
