Manually markt email as bounced in campaign

    hi there,

as bounce recognition is not 100% perfect due to the many different server messages indicating a bounce, I suggest the feature to manually mark an email as bounced in the campaign log view.

The feature should be in the menu where today I can delete a record from the log.

This would facilitate our work very much as we often filter for bounces.

    Thanks for considering!

    Hey all,

We would love this feature as well, as we send cold outreach emails via Mailgun. In Mailgun, you do not have access to bounce emails, but you can register a webhook that is called when a soft or hard bounce occurs. It would be great if we could call an Espo API endpoint in this scenario to mark the email as bounced.

As workaround, is there some way if I get the message-id (e.g. Lead/698222281473c2f3a/1771237635/1433@espo) to simulate a bounce handling by calling some internal class via a Custom functions for Formula? Sure, I could do some parsing like split by /, element[0] is type and element[1] is id and then set the email to invalid on this entity but this is quiet hacky and error prone e.g. when the pattern in the message-id changes in the future.
