Suggested to New features for Espocrm Application

The Software will be great if the following features are provided:

    (1) Ability to stop the execution of the application in order backup, system reset and implement new changes similar to Joomla.
    (2) The status fields in some modules are merely documentary. Especially user status when set to inactive the user is still able to access the system. This applies to email personal and group emails as well. The software fails security audits in this area. Enhancement to enable the suspension access will be great.
    (3) Ability to remove records permanently by the Admin instead of flagging the item as deleted. Helps in the house keeping and reduce resource usage especially emails and cases which take up a lot of space and incur extra costs with hosting providers. This also affects the software performance, backup (too large) and restore (too long).

Hope to see these in the next release. Thank you.

    1. Planned.

    2. Can't reproduce the issue with user. It works ok, Inactive user can't login.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.
