On Leave Delegate in BPM

I am now working on BPM and User Tasks are used. There may be a case that assigned user of the user task is on leave and not be able to reply the user task. The process is stopped at that point and cannot progress further. I would like to suggest to add an on leave delegate, that is, if the on leave delegate is assigned, process user task will be assigned to the delegate. not the original assigned user.
