  • Frontend Webforms

    Hello,

It would be great if we could get a Frontend webform. By this, I mean a form that links to our entities in a webform that anyone can access without a login.

For example, a guest has a link to the form and puts in all fields we allow. This submission puts a Lead in our database so we can see it without manual input.

Maybe this may help (From the Ukrainan forum)

    https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/inte...BE%D1%81%D1%8B

Q : Portal. Created a portal http://demo.espocrm.de/advanced/portal/555/, added a role and a user. The user logs on to the portal successfully. And is it possible to create a portal with automatic login, without requesting authorization? So, that the entrance to the portal was made immediately under some specific user.

A: No. But it is possible to create one user of a portal, and to login it with a hardcode at desire to come to a portal.

Q: That is, create one guest user with read-only rights on the portal so that he can only view information. In order for it to log in automatically, it is necessary to make changes to one of the EspoCRM code files. Could you tell me which one?

A: tanya could you answer that last question what is the preferred upgrade safe way to do the autologin? Thank you

I think that you could accomplish this by using an API to create a Lead from your webform without requiring a user to login.
This thread explains how to create a Contact entity using an API, you could adapt it to create a Lead instead. https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/deve...46-api-example

          Hello,

I have already purchased almost all of EblaSoft's extensions to help support them while creating such great apps for us to use. When this one supports custom entities, I will be all in! Unfortunately, I am not the most gifted with programming and self-teach myself as best I can with the support of you all! I did create an API connector to do what I needed with telecastg's help.

          Thanks you guys, as always!

          Brad
