a small suggestion / feature request
Currently, when we plan a meeting, we have a button "send invitations" that can be displayed.
We use it a lot and send most of the time invitations to our prospect/clients/accounts and track their response status (accept/reject/tentative).
But... when a meeting is cancelled and that our invitees got a previous invitation email: how can we contact them to say that the meeting is canceled?
I think we should add a status "Cancelled" that would display a "send cancel notifications" button?
or better, if we can know who was previous informed via "send invitations" action.... we could just contact that contacts to say that the meeting is canceled?
Not a big feature but it could be smooth for better communication when something is cancel and that mails were sent out to our participants
