Advanced Twillio Integration (SMS and Direct-to-Voicemail)

EspoCRM already has basic integration for Twillio. I would love to see a few marketing enhancements through Twillio.

• Bulk SMS through Twillio
  • Send SMS to contacts through Espo CRM. Similar to email marketing, but text messages.
• Bulk Direct-to-Voicemail through Twillio
