I don't think, that CRM system has contain private events by default. But you can add this functionality in upgrade safe way.

Hi there

it could be great to be able to add a checkbox in "Meeting / Activity / Task" create form to say "Private : true/false"
meaning that it would be visibile only by the Creator of the entity.

In the context of shared calendar feature, the idea would be to display to others users that a time-range is busy but don't display the title... and don't be able to click on it to access details.
Just see that the guy is busy,
