    Auto Adress in Document

Is there a possibility to automatically transfer the address of the customer in a letter? The letter can indeed be uploaded as a document.

    Hello
Yes, if you use Email Template. https://www.espocrm.com/documentatio...-guide/emails/
I don't understand about uploaded document: you want to modify the document or read some data from document and paste some in email?

According to what I understand, dimendia wants is something similar to the "mail merge" of Microsoft Word [1], but that generates PDF files, based on a model text with combined fields and a list of addresses. Same as we do now when sending mass emails, but generating PDF files.

I was seeing on GitHub that they are going to implement the ability to print PDF [2] (something that makes me very happy) Then I think that you can use something as Tanya suggests but instead of sending the emails, the PDF files are generated.

These PDFs are saved as a Document and from there they can be printed or sent by email.

          I am right?

PDF Templates are available for long time. Now it requires a small development to enable it. In the next version will be possible to use Pdf Templates without development.
