Few features request

Hello,

I have some feature requests, and I believe that these are mandatory and should not be hard to implement :

1. Showing the total number of records per page (now it is showing just the remaining number of records)
2. Opportunities and accounts should have a unique number (ie. opportunity number)
3. Ability to copy an existing record, this is useful if you have two contacts with similar info, you will not need to fill all the fields twice.
4. Add a "create" permission in roles
5. Country field should be a drop list
6. I am not sure if it is possible to avoid creating duplicate records.
7. Still there are problem in the inbound emails such as:
   • Duplication of incoming emails
   • Attachments does not show (actually it shows as a code)
